As the days begin to shorten and the warm air of summer turns crisp, a certain magic begins to emerge.
Autumn has arrived.
Hot drinks, comfort food and long evenings spent hidden away from the outside world are embraced. Cosy jumpers, sturdy boots and colourful scarves are our defence against the elements.
New Beginnings
One of the most captivating aspects of autumn is the transformation of the natural world. The vibrant reds, oranges, and yellows of falling leaves, the deep blue skies, and the earthy scents of damp soil and fallen foliage evoke a sense of wonder and inspiration.
Make the most of the season. Wrap up warm and go outside. Immerse yourself fully into the experience. Be entirely present in the moment, at one with the stillness of nature. Take a long walk through the rustling leaves; listen to the sound of migrating birds overhead; watch the squirrels zooming around as they look for nuts to cache for the long winter days ahead.
Absorb the beauty of the natural world and simply breathe.
A Season to Cherish
Autumn heralds change unlike any other season. It can be viewed as a season of endings with the falling of the leaves and the harvesting of crops, but it can also be seen as a new beginning. An opportunity to take stock. To reflect on the year so far.
More than any other season, autumn conjures up images of solitude. Perfect for the creative introvert. The sound of raindrops tapping on the window, the warmth of a crackling fire, and the soft glow of candles all create an ideal setting for deep introspection and creative exploration.
Cosy evenings are the perfect time to make plans and to dream of exciting new ventures.
As long as autumn lasts, I shall not have hands, canvas, and colours enough to paint he beautiful things I see.

Autumn is the most invigorating season to me, both mentally and physically. I never want to step foot inside during this time of year. For some reason It ignites my desire for adventure and journeys.
I love Autumn, it is my favourite season! I love the cooler crisper days, the colours as the trees change and I also see it as a time of new beginning. To me it signifies start of term and with it a fresh start, even though school is long behind me ☺
